COVID-19 Cancellation Policies
For all those who have booked an apartment but are unable to travel due to Covid-19, we grant a voucher (credit) for the amount already paid. This voucher can be applied to your next booking. This also applies to new bookings in case a similar situation should arise again in the future. Furthermore, we will pay careful attention to heed hygiene protocols so that you can spend your vacation with us safely.

In case of cancellation the security deposit amount will be returned to the customer. However, we will charge a percentage of the amount of the stay as follows, and an administration fee of € 60.00:
|Up to 90 days before
||5 % of the stay
|From 90 to 60 days before
||20 % of the stay
|From 60 to 45 days before
||50 % of the stay
|From 45 to 30 days before
||75 % of the stay
If the cancellation is made with less than 30 days’ notice or in case of no-show, we will charge the total amount of the stay. Cancellations must be presented in written form and are valid only after confirmation by the Residence.
In case of early departure the entire stay must be paid for.
For the aforementioned reasons, we strongly suggest you sign an insurance policy to protect yourself against the penalties due for cancelled reservations.
